"Over the past year I've been to a few chiropractors for my chronic back and neck pain. None have achieved results like Dr. Jerome Craig. He listens to my concerns and tailors his therapeutic approach to suit my needs. It's apparent that the health and wellness of his patients are top priority." D.C. Nov 2009

Auto Accidents
Under Oregon law, your auto insurance policy contains Personal Injury Protection (PIP) coverage which allows you to see the provider of your choice for treatment of any accident-related injuries, with no deductible or co-payment. This means no out-of-pocket expense for the patient as long as the treatment is for injuries directly related to an auto accident and the at fault insurer does try to weasel out of their liability. Before we start you on the road to recovery I will need the insurance company name, billing address, the name of the claim adjuster, and a medical claim number. Robin (my billing ace) and I will do the rest. Workers Comp Claims
Most on the job injuries are related to repetitive stress. It is important that you address these issues with you manager or shift supervisor and make adjustments before injury affects you other activities. There are several forms required that you can download here from the Oregon Worker's Comp division. Please have them filled before coming in for your first appointment.
